+ Since the resource library is free, why do I need a password?
The simple answer is that we want to keep our resources protected. While the internet is an incredible resource, unfortunately it is also notorious for theft and illegal reproduction of materials. We work really hard on our content and want to provide the highest quality, reliable information to our clients. Password protecting our resources is one way we try to do that.
+ Do you take international clients?
This one is a little complicated. Yes. Sometimes. Our e-courses and digital products are designed for educational purposes only and international clients can benefit by increasing their knowledge base. We are working on taking on international health and wellness clients and will be sure to update when international consultations are possible.
+ What currency do you use?
All prices are listed in USD. If you are an international client, you will be charged in your home currency at the rate of exchange determined by Paypal or your credit card provider. Fees may be incurred.
+ What language are your products, e-courses, and digital downloads in?
All products are in English.
+ Do you offer refunds?
Since the majority of our products are service based or digital in nature, we sadly cannot issue refunds after purchase has been made. Please be sure to review all of the details of the service or product before purchase, or drop us a line and we'd be happy to answer any questions you have.
+ Do you offer promotions or discounts?
On occasion, we do offer discount codes and special promotions. The best way to stay in the loop is to subscribe to our mailing list.
+ How do I schedule my consultation?
Once you have chosen to work with us and purchased your consulation, you will receive an e-mail with instuctions on how to schedule your session using our online scheduler. You will also receive instructions on how to log into our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Client Portal. Our EMR portal will enable you to fill out the New Client forms prior to your session. There is no need to print anything, simply submit your questionnaire online. It is required that all new clients paperwork be completed prior to your appointment. We’ve found that having this step completed greatly enhances your initial consultation, allowing your consultant time to spend reviewing your health history before your session.
+ How should I prepare for my consulation?
During your consultation, you will work with your nurse consulant to outline your goals, as well as past and present health concerns. It is helpful to have medication lists, copies of recent lab work and a list of topics that you would like to discuss.
+ How many consulting sessions will I need?
That's completely up to you. Some clients feel that one session can completely meet their needs, while others prefer to consult on a more regular basis. At the end of the day, we want to help YOU meet YOUR goals and will never pressure or try to "upsell" you.
+ Do you prescribe medications or supplements?
No. We don't prescribe any medications or supplements for anyone at anytime. If you need a medication we always recommend that you contact your primary care provider.
+ When does the e-course begin?
Anytime you are ready! The e-course will be available once you have registered. An e-mail with a link to the course and login information will be sent to you shortly after purchase. You can access the content, anytime and anywhere with internet access.
+ How long will I have access to the e-course?
Access to the e-course will remain in effect for 30 days after purchase which will allow plenty of time for you to complete the course and go back and review the content. After 30 days, access to the e-course will expire.
+ Can I get CE's/CEU's for this course?
The answer is not yet, but soon. We are working very hard to get approved to be providers for CE’s/CEU’s. The goal is to have these courses approved by the end of the year. Right now, we’re jumping through the necessary hoops to get approval for the evidenced based practice portions of the courses.
+ Why do you charge for these courses?
The simple answer is that we have to earn a living. We try to keep the courses priced appropriately based on the time, work and heart we have poured into them.
+ Will you be adding more e-courses in the future?
Yes, absolutely! Our goal is to continue to provide the highest quality products and content to our clients that will help you improve your health, and the health of your family. + Is the hip dysplasia course right for me?
Well, that depends on your needs. If you are looking for a general course on hip dysplasia that will increase your knowledge base and help you understand what hip dysplasia is, then our course will definitely help with that. However, if you are looking for a more personalized experience, where your specific questions can be answered, then you will want to go with a hip dysplasia nurse consultation.
