The EMFIT Challenge
Emily Schromm created her 21 day challenge because she wanted to help people feel empowered and get strong! Rather than preaching food restriction, unhealthy supplementation and excessive cardio, Emily set out to change the way people felt about themselves. Her focus: eating real food, improving body awareness and building real strength. Now that's something we could get on board with! After submitting a few ideas to Emily about troubleshooting challenge participant questions, Em and I collaborated on multiple resources for her challenges and webinars and I look forward to working on more projects together in the future!
