Intro to Hip Dysplasia E-Course
This e-course provides you with a basic introduction to hip dysplasia in an easy to understand and low stress format. After a DDH diagnosis, you want - no you need - to learn everything you can, but it's difficult (and time consuming) to find a reputable and comprehensive source. We know. We've been there. Taught by a registered nurse and mother of child diagnosed with hip dysplasia, this course will explain what hip dysplasia is, review the anatomy of the hip, discuss risk factors, treatment timelines and even delve into what recovery can truly look like. With illustrations, additional resources, and real life stories from a DDH mom, this course will give you the tools you need to go into the next doctor appointment prepared and ready to advocate for yourself or your little one.

With an eye for detail and a passion for all things health, my illustrations are intended to have an earthy and organic feel. You won't find computer based design or vector graphics here. At Imparted Health + Wellness our goal is to help bridge the gap between science and healing™. One part of that process involves health education. We recognize that educating our clients about a new diagnosis or treatment modalities lies at the heart of that mission. We believe that by building a foundation through education, clients can learn to take an active role in their health. Topics include nutrition, pharmacokinetics (how medicines work), disease and diagnosis specific education. Workshops, e-courses, and private one-on-one coaching are available.
