Orders are processed in 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Transit time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. All shipping charges are flat rate - your entire order ships for one low price!

As part of our commitment to the environment, we only ship using recyclable materials.

Making sure your order is packaged with care and shipped quickly is always our priority. To ensure that orders arrive without any delays or mistakes, we are not able to combine orders once they are submitted.

  • U.S. Priority Mail + Signature:

    • $11.95 ($6 on orders $75+)

    • Estimated 1-3 days (after 3-5 business day processing)

    • Includes insurance in case your package is lost or damaged

    • Signature required for package to be delivered

 

  • International:

    • Canada: $14.95

    • Everywhere else: $23.95

    • Estimated 1-3 weeks (after 3-5 business day processing)

    • Import duties, taxes, and VAT is not included. This is the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery based on each country's policies.

 

Unconventional RN is not responsible for shipping delays, damage, or loss. We recommend selecting a priority mail upgrade at checkout to protect your package in case of an unfortunate circumstance.

If a package is returned to us due to the address being entered incorrectly at checkout, we will contact you for another address and additional shipping fees. 

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, please contact us if you aren't 100% satisfied - we'd love to make it right!
