Hey - I'm Karen. Long story short; I'm an ER Nurse with a penchant for sarcasm, a slight rebellious streak, and I've spent the last 18 years working in emergency departments, on the side of mountains, and for private practices.

After suffering a back and hip injury working in the ER, I channeled all my inappropriate humor and energy into Imparted Health and Eir Alliance. And I'm on a mission. My goal is simple: help patients find their voice, look out for the little guy, empower healthcare professionals, and educate insightfully with a little bit of humor on some tough subjects.
